We specialise in representing clients charged with any motoring offences ranging from drink driving to speeding matters. We understand that a personís driving licence is often invaluable to them and this is why specialist advice from the outset is often required.
Our fee for an appointment and representation at a single hearing would be £380-£580 inclusive of vat. The cost of preparing and representing at an exceptional hardship hearing would be in the region of £500 to £900 inclusive of vat. The cost of representation at a summary trial would be £900 to £2500 if the case was concluded in one day. The cost of representation at the Crown Court would be approximately £500 to £5000 depending on the length of the trial/hearing. All of these figures do not include disbursements such as Expert Fees or Counsels Fees and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the case or any additional work that is required to present your case properly. We would provide regular updates in terms of our fees or any additional expenses.
